While we have a competent internal technical support team to service most of our
enterprise needs, I rely on Western I.T. Group to provide specialized technology
consulting to augment my staff’s capabilities. In Jan 2009 we contracted WITG to
swap out our Meridian PBX for a new IP communication system supporting 90 IP
phone extensions with PRI network connection as well as SIP trunks. The cut-over
was virtually painless and WITG solved the few installation problems very
efficiently. The system has proven to be been very reliable, stable and easy to
administer. WITG is a pleasure to work with. I am extremely impressed with their
prompt service and technical expertise.
